Emily-Anne Rigal's Story

 

Emily-Anne Rigal, is a 19 year old student at Columbia University helps people conquer their problems with bullying. Emily was passionate about her work she was the founder of the bullying program WeStopHate a nonprofit program dedicated to raising the self-esteem of teens. If she was to give advice to someone who is getting bullied she would say “Talk to someone one-on-one," she said. "People are less vulnerable without others around. That shows that if she was to give advice about bullying she would say this advice. The program that Emily made WeStopHate also tries to take care of Cyberbullying not just physical bullying but emotional bullying to.  Emily-Anne's goal is to stop all forms of bullying.
